Hadkan pengambilan air sebanyak 500mls dalam 4 jam dan kurangkan pengambilan air pada waktu malam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Cara-cara CISC :<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211;&nbsp; Cuci tangan sebelum melakukan CISC.<br \/>&#8211;&nbsp; Cuci kemaluan dengan air bersih &amp; keringkan.<br \/> &#8211; Sapukan gel dibahagian tiub untuk memudahkan kemasukan &amp; mengurangkan kesakitan.<br \/>&#8211; Masukan tiub perlahan-lahan hingga urin keluar.
