Artikel ini membincangkan 10 aspek penting yang perlu diketahui untuk meningkatkan kualiti hidup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>1. Imuniti Semakin Lemah<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Kecederaan saraf tunjang menekan sistem imun (SCI-IDS), menyebabkan keradangan berpanjangan dan immunosuppression. Akibatnya, individu mudah dijangkiti pneumonia, UTI, sepsis, dan ulser tekanan. Penjagaan kulit, pemantauan pernafasan, dan pundi kencing sangat penting untuk pencegahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>2. Tahap Kefungsian Fizikal dan Kognitif Merosot<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Kekuatan otot, keseimbangan, dan kebolehan bergerak menurun. Peralatan seperti kerusi tangga, lif angkat, atau sokongan penjagaan diperlukan. Kognitif seperti ingatan dan tumpuan juga boleh terjejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>3. Nisbah Lemak:Otot Meningkat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Stress meningkatkan hormon kortisol, emecahkan otot dan meningkatkan lemak badan. Ini meningkatkan risiko diabetes dan obesiti. Penting untuk kawal stress, amalkan pemakanan sihat, dan lakukan senaman ringan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>4. Kapasiti Pundi Kencing Menurun<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Gangguan refleks kencing bergantung pada lokasi kecederaan, menyebabkan inkontinens atau pengekalan urin. Kateterisasi dan pemantauan jangkitan adalah rawatan utama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>5. Pergerakan Usus Semakin Perlahan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Peristalsis menurun, menyebabkan sembelit atau komplikasi serius seperti kanser usus. Diet tinggi serat, air yang cukup, dan aktiviti fizikal adalah penyelesaian utama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>6. Diet Perlu Dikaji<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Keperluan nutrisi berubah dengan usia. Diet seimbang dengan protein, serat, dan pengurangan Dietary AGEs membantu mengelak komplikasi seperti diabetes atau penyakit usus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>7. Risiko Penyakit Kronik Semakin Meningkat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">SCI menambah risiko penyakit kronik seperti penyakit jantung, strok, dan diabetes, selain faktor tradisional seperti hipertensi dan obesiti. Pemantauan kesihatan berkala sangat disarankan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>8. Penurunan Fungsi Otot\/Sendi Akibat Wear &amp; Tear<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Penggunaan berlebihan anggota atas akibat kerusi roda menyebabkan kehausan sendi. Penggunaan peralatan mobiliti yang betul serta fisioterapi penting untuk pencegahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>9. Peralatan Rehabilitasi Perlu Dikaji Semula<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Penyesuaian alat seperti kerusi roda, kusyen, atau lif angkat diperlukan bagi menampung perubahan fizikal pengguna untuk kekal selesa dan selamat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>10. Emosi &amp; Hormon Berubah<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Perubahan hormon akibat stress boleh meningkatkan risiko kemurungan dan kebimbangan.
